GLASSGLOW
A
New Generation Automobile Coating Material.
This new technology provides very hard silica glass layer on the paint surface of automobiles and is compatible with regulatory environmental requirements.
What is Glassglow?
Unlikely the conventional polymer coating materials based on organic solvents, Glassglow is glass coating material which makes a layer of 100% inorganic on the surface of automobiles. As percentage of silica component in the product is more than 95%, the layer formed by Glassglow is extremely hard and durable in comparison with ones formed by other polymer coating materials including glass type coating materials supplied by other companies.

Warm glow and deep shine
Glassglow, which can be applied on all colors from white to black, provides warm glow and deep shine resulting in grade up quality of surface.

Super water repellency
As Siloxan bondage (- Si - O – Si -) and non-solvent fluorine resin used as a binder Glassglow provides very high water repellency that there have been ever existed in the past. Dust and dirt including silica scale are hard to stick and remain on the surface as they stream down on the surface with water beads and eventually onto the ground when the car drives in rain and as a result Glassglow layer keeps the surface as smooth and least dirty as ever.

Easy maintenance and saving of water and time consumed for washing
As being featured with strong resistance against UV, oil, heat and acid, the layer of Glassglow prevents water scale from sticking on the surface. As to daily maintenance, simply water or mild shampoo is just enough to clean the surface. Thus, water consumption for cleaning is just a few pails of bucket or about 20 liter, less than one third of water consumption at the time of cleaning the waxed surface and other polymer coated surfaces. Cleaning time can be also greatly reduced, too.

Compatible with the regulatory environmental requirements (non-solvent, VOC free)
As being free of solvents which are banned to use by the pertinent environmental regulations in Europe and Japan , Glassglow is friendly coating materials to the earth and lives because it does not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOC) and endocrine disruptors (environmental hormones).
MECHANISM
Due to Siloxan bondage (- Si - O – Si -) using non-solvent fluorine resin as a binder, Glassglow forms a layer of very hard and solvent free high polymer silica glass on the surface.
